NAPA is seeking a Tools & Equipment Technical Sales Specialist to grow sales through NAPA stores and end user accounts. You will drive market share programs, generate leads, and coordinate with store teams to provide solutions across a defined territory.

The role requires notable sales experience in automotive aftermarket or tools, strong communication and leadership, and CRM proficiency. Travel may be up to standard levels as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Sales management experience, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or tools and equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and increase Tools and Equipment sales through NAPA stores and end user accounts.
  • Coordinate market share driving products and programs within defined sales territory.
  • Lead generation, end user dealer calls, and program implementation.
  • Manage time, set priorities, and maintain relationships with store decision makers.
  • Collaborate with store and distribution center teams to provide solutions.
  • Work with T&E account support specialists for orders, tracking, and billing adjustments.
  • Perform periodic account reviews and communicate progress to management.

Tools & Equipment Technical Sales SpecialistJob SummaryThe Tools and Equipment Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for generating and increasing Tools and Equipment sales through NAPA stores and the end user accounts they service.
