What you'll do

As a key member of the Tools & Diagnostics team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Customer Success, Product Engineering, Support Operations, IT, and Observability to build and support high-performing applications and systems. Your role includes developing and integrating tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer self-service, enhancing internal systems, and building data and AI solutions to empower teams. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Tools and Diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Write maintainable code in C#, .Net, and other object-oriented languages.
• Work with React, MVC, SQL Databases, KQL, and JavaScript.
• Develop SQL/Kusto queries for dashboards and data analysis.
• Automate testing and CI/CD processes.
• Address system issues impacting performance and reliability.
• Enhance tools, applications, and processes for Agile development.
• Influence architecture, technology choices, and risk mitigation.
• Design and maintain data integrations via web APIs.
• Develop solutions for Customer Success and broader Docusign teams.

Basic Qualifications

• BS in CS, EE, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software development with object-oriented methodologies in .NET/C# or similar.
• Experience with SQL or KQL queries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Jira APIs.
• Knowledge of Authentication/Authorization (OKTA).
• Experience with Azure, telemetry tools, AI/ML models.
