Magna Cosma International in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Tool & Die Maker with extensive experience in assembly tooling and robot tooling to join our manufacturing team. You will set up tools, make dies, and ensure conformance to specs while maintaining high tooling quality and process standards.
The ideal candidate has a 4-year Tool & Die apprenticeship, 7+ years of related experience, and strong metrology skills.

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two years college or technical school or 5 years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of a 4-year Tool & Die apprenticeship program.
Work Experience / Technical Training: Tool and Die Maker with related experience/familiar with assembly tooling work. Good hand dexterity, mechanical skills, mathematical skills and organizational skills. Must have a minimum of 7 years' experience with assembly tooling with minimum 5 years of specializing with new assembly tool construction and robot tooling. Hemming die or clinch tool experience is a must. Metrology experience is required including exposure to and using master-buck tooling.
Pay range: $30.10 - $38.89 per hour
