Qualifications

• Completion of an apprentice program or equivalent hands-on machining experience.
• Experience operating manual machine tools in job shop or prototype settings.
• Strong blueprint-reading skills and GD&T familiarity.
• Excellent math, precision, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and models to determine tooling and processes.
• Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders with precision.
• Machine intricate parts from drawings or sketches.
• Create specialized tooling for manufacturing and R&D.
• Maintain records, meet project deadlines, and follow safety standards.
• Perform housekeeping and preventive maintenance.
