Job summary

Twin Resources LLC in Springfield, OH is seeking several skilled Toolmakers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will assemble, repair, and maintain tools used in production, working closely with engineering and production to ensure tools meet quality standards.

Shifts available: first, split, and second. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating lathes, milling machines, and grinders, and mentoring junior toolmakers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Toolmaker in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in reading/interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience operating a variety of hand and power tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders.
  • Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments and their use.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

They are currently seeking several highly skilled and experienced Toolmakers to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The shifts available are first, split, and 2nd. There are 3 needs at this time.
