Rise Technical in Euclid, OH is seeking a hands-on Tool & Die Machinist for a role with $26 - $34/hr plus overtime. The position offers structured training, journeyman development and strong career progression within a family-owned environment.

Due to continued growth, they're hiring across a range of experience levels, from junior machinists looking to develop their trade through to experienced Tool & Die professionals ready to take on greater technical ownership.

You’ll work in a predominantly manual job shop with limited CNC use, building, modifying and troubleshooting production equipment. Projects range from precision components and prototypes to automated welders and larger machinery, with tight tolerances around 0.001" and plenty of variety.

Training and development are a major part of the opportunity. Junior candidates can learn from experienced Journeymen, access structured internal and external training and work toward Journeyman-level capability, while experienced machinists can take ownership of projects, support junior team members and progress toward Area Leader and longer-term supervisory opportunities.

You’ll also join a genuinely employee-focused, family-owned business where people are treated as individuals rather than numbers. The owners are heavily involved, regularly walk the floor and know their people, while the company continues to invest in its workforce, training and long-term growth.

The Role:

• Machine, fit, build and troubleshoot precision components, tooling and production equipment

The Person:

• Tool & Die, Toolmaking, Manual Machining or apprenticeship-level experience
• Comfortable working with precision components and tight tolerances around 0.001"
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and hands-on approach
• Genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career in Tool & Die
• Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm, on-site | OT paid 1.5x over 40 hours
