Job Summary

Join a high‑volume metal stamping environment repairing and maintaining progressive dies, fixtures, and in‑press tooling. You’ll read complex blueprints, troubleshoot tooling failures, and keep production running safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot complex progressive dies and fixtures
• Perform in‑press die maintenance; diagnose and correct tooling failures
• Operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders; use calipers/micrometers
• Read complex drawings; apply shop math; meet tight tolerances
• Support production priorities; work OT/Saturdays when required

Must‑Haves

• Proficient on manual lathes/mills/grinders; strong blueprint reading
• Strong attendance record; able to lift up to 80 lbs

Nice‑to‑Have

• Journeyman papers; deep‑draw stamping experience
• TIG welding; assembly fixtures experience
