Join a high-volume metal stamping environment repairing and maintaining progressive dies, fixtures, and in-press tooling. You’ll read complex blueprints, troubleshoot tooling failures, and keep production running safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot complex progressive dies and fixtures
• Perform in-press die maintenance; diagnose and correct tooling failures
• Operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders; use calipers/micrometers
• Read complex drawings; apply shop math; meet tight tolerances
• Support production priorities; work OT/Saturdays when required

Must-Haves

• Proficient on manual lathes/mills/grinders; strong blueprint reading
• Strong attendance record; able to lift up to 80 lbs

Nice-to-Have

• Journeyman papers; deep-draw stamping experience
• TIG welding; assembly fixtures experience
