Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in tooling or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in benchwork, tool finishing, or polishing is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use small hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, finish, and polish thermoforming tooling and components.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tooling.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement.
