Job summary
US Tool Group seeks a skilled machinist/tooling specialist to support aerospace, defense and automotive customers. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of machining experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of cutting tools and cutting tool applications.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation of complex prints/models.
Responsibilities
- Ensure tooling released to production meets customer requirements.
- Perform routine inspection of tooling.
- Assist with tooling performance checks.
- Collaborate with engineers to determine tooling needs.
- Troubleshoot product application issues.
- Support new product applications.
- Improve processes and tooling configurations as needed.
- Suggest changes to tooling and machining processes.
