Job summary

The candidate should have a strong electro-mechanical and hydraulics background, with at least five years of experience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Some offshore travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tooling assets and schedules in line with operational needs.
• Support new build subsea tooling, repairs and testing of tooling assets.
• Assist with final assembly/fabrication support.
• Issue weekly and monthly reports as appropriate.
• Interface with Tooling Manager to prioritise and schedule assets.
• Ensure readiness of tooling assets for operations requirements.
• Maintain project documentation including manuals and procedures.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental compliance for onshore tooling activities.

Reports to: Tooling Manager

Job Description

Primary responsibilities are to support ongoing new build subsea tooling, repairs and testing of tooling assets, and final assembly/fabrication support.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining tooling assets.
• Maintain tooling asset schedules in accordance with operational requirements.
• Provide recommendations for tooling process enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Maintain and repair as needed shop tools & test equipment.
• Issue weekly & monthly reports as appropriate.
• Interface with Tooling Manager to prioritize & schedule assets.
• Assure readiness of tooling assets in support of operations requirements.
• Maintain project related documentation including manuals and procedures.
• Responsible for health, safety and environmental compliance for onshore tooling activities.

Qualifications

Education / Training: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: 5 years of experience.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Special Requirements

• Strong Electro-Mechanical & Hydraulics background.
• Knowledge of Well Intervention & Workover Control Systems beneficial.
• Strong Hydraulics repair & troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and writing skills.

Working conditions

Office, shop environment.

Some Travel Required.

Occasional Offshore travel may be required.
