Ashtead Technology is looking for a technician specializing in ROV tooling to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves inspecting, testing, repairing, and preparing ROV rental equipment for deployment, ensuring functionality and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in repair, maintenance, and testing of ROV Tooling equipment.
• Solid understanding of ROV Tooling components including Torque Tools and Valve Packs.
• Ability to read and implement engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, repair, and prepare ROV tooling and rental equipment.
• Manage work orders within Ashtead’s ERP system.
• Provide hands-on technical support to customers.

Skills

Repair and maintenance of ROV tooling

Hydraulics and electrics knowledge

Fault finding and schematic reading

Education

Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
