Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Sigma to support safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Leadership/supervisory skills to guide tooling associates.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, team coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of planning, coordination and control of tooling processes and staff.
• Manage building of fiberglass tooling masters, production tooling and tool changes.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of molds and associated equipment.
• Apply lean concepts to improve safety, quality and delivery metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
