Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, modify, and maintain production molds to ensure optimal performance.
• Construct, adapt, and improve molds based on engineering drawings and production requirements.
• Diagnose wear or defects and perform corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Set up tooling and equipment according to mold specs and tolerances.
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after mold maintenance.
• Assist with mold changeovers and support production teams during troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with machinists, maintenance technicians, engineers, and production personnel to improve mold performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow safety policies and keep a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
