ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a highly motivated Tool Technology Engineer to provide technical leadership and end-to-end project management for complex tooling projects in an advanced industrial environment. You will translate technical requirements into robust tooling solutions and lead cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
3+ years of experience in an industrial mechanical environment.
Experience managing technical or engineering projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for tooling projects from design review through qualification, acceptance, and project closure.
Analyze requirements to develop robust tooling solutions.
Lead project planning: scope, resources, scheduling, risk, organization.
Manage tooling projects from initiation to delivery, aligning with budget and timelines.
Ensure tooling meets mechanical, dimensional, and performance requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and operations.
