Qualifications

• Experience programming N/C equipment offline in a recognized CAD/CAM system.
• Currently enrolled in N/C Programming curriculum at a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Program cutting paths for CNC Machined and Router Parts.
• Test and revise machine cutting paths to optimize production.
• Balance material removal rates for quality and throughput.
• Reverse engineer parts for tooling and models.

Skills

Proficiency in CATIA V5/6 or Mastercam X7

Ability to analyze blueprints and engineer drawings

Teamwork and communication skills

CNC programming skills

Efficiency in using verification software

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Two-year vocational training preferred
