We are seeking a Tooling Manufacturing Supervisor at our Engines Products - Cleveland Operations Tempcraft facility. This role provides leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure safety, customer satisfaction, problem-solving, waste elimination, and goal achievement.
This is a 3rd shift position, working Monday-Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with flexibility for additional hours including weekends. The Operations Manager will work with the selected candidate to promote work-life balance.
