Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for a Tooling Manufacturing Supervisor at our Engines Products - Cleveland Operations Tempcraft facility. The supervisor is the first level of authority in the Tooling Business Center, providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction to ensure safety, customer demand, problem-solving, waste elimination, and goal achievement.
This is a 3rd shift position working Monday-Friday 9:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.; flexibility and availability to adjust hours, including weekends, is required. The Operations Manager will work with the candidate to ensure a good work-life balance.
