Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is in search of a skilled Tooling Manager to oversee the tooling department for our fast-paced metal stamping operations in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will manage the design, maintenance, and optimization of stamping tools ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate boasts over 7 years of experience in tooling management within a manufacturing setting and is ready to lead a team towards continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in tooling management or tool & die leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in progressive dies and metallurgy.
• Proven track record of reducing downtime in high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full tooling lifecycle for progressive and transfer stamping dies.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot tooling issues and support launches.
