Job summary

Qualifications

• CANDIDATES must have completed a bona fide Toolmaker apprenticeship or have 8 years of previous relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools and inspection equipment used in tooling and layout is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and program inspection equipment and related software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Zeiss CMMs – electronic, mechanical, software, and programming.
• Work with Klingelnberg gear checkers – electronic, mechanical, arbors, software, and programming.
• Maintain and calibrate Metrology equipment and gauges.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in tooling and layout operations.
