Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Stores Associate in Goodyear, AZ to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory controls, and tooling coordination with maintenance and customers.

This role requires basic computer skills and 2–3 years of related experience. Responsibilities include processing documentation, ensuring accuracy, maintaining safety procedures, and supporting calibration and tooling needs across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required.
• Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification/Training preferred (not required).
• Must be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification/Training.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the daily operation of the Materials Stores department in compliance with all company, OSHA, FAA, and customer requirements.
• Meet inventory goals and performance standards.
• Review tooling requirements in support of maintenance daily needs and forecasting for upcoming projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation, labeling, storing including scanning and tracing of work packages and documents.
• Coordinate with Material expeditors, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Customer to ensure incoming tooling is processed timely and reported accurately.
• Ensure tooling flow to customers/maintenance personnel is timely and accurate.
• Maintain physical inventory and cycle counts; monitor stock levels regularly.
• Evaluate and report tool discrepancies and shortages to facilitate corrections in the AerSale system.
