Job summary

AerSale is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Goodyear, AZ to run the Materials Stores area, maintain stock levels, and ensure accurate tooling documentation. You’ll work with expeditors, purchasing, maintenance, and customers to ensure timely handling of tools and parts.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in warehousing and basic computer skills; forklift and hazmat training are preferred. AerSale offers medical/dental/Life, 401(k), ESPP, education reimbursement, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required.
• Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification preferred (not required).
• Must complete AerSale Forklift Training and Hazardous Material Certification/Training.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of Materials Stores in compliance with company, OSHA, FAA, and customer requirements.
• Meet inventory goals and performance standards.
• Review tooling requirements to support maintenance and forecast upcoming projects.
• Ensure accurate processing of documentation, labeling, and traceability for work packages and customer property.
• Coordinate with expeditors, purchasing, maintenance, and customers for timely tool processing.
