Toshiba America Energy Systems is seeking a Field Service Shop & Tooling Manager to lead tooling operations at the Milwaukee Service Center in West Allis, WI. This role oversees inventory, calibration, maintenance, and deployment of generator and turbine toolkits to support safe field service execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Managers and field teams, managing repairs and replenishments, and ensuring compliance with safety and calibration standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4-8 years of tooling management, warehouse operations, inventory control, field service support, logistics, maintenance operations, or related technical fields.
• Experience with power generation, turbine maintenance, generator maintenance, or field service organizations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory, storage, maintenance, calibration, and deployment of tooling and equipment.
• Coordinate tooling requirements with Project Managers and field leads to ensure readiness.
• Schedule and coordinate shipping and transportation of tooling and materials between facilities and project sites.
• Maintain records and ensure calibration and compliance of tooling assets.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and tooling utilization reporting.
