Job summary

Toshiba America Energy Systems is seeking a Field Service Shop & Tooling Manager to oversee tooling readiness and inventory at the Milwaukee Service Center in West Allis, WI. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, and field staff to ensure compliant, available tooling for outage, maintenance, and service projects.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in tooling or related operations, with calibration and shipping/receiving experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 4-8 years of tooling management, warehouse operations, inventory control, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, storage, maintenance, calibration, and deployment of tooling and equipment.
• Coordinate tooling requirements with Project Managers and field leads to ensure availability.
• Schedule and track shipping and transportation between facilities, storage, vendors, and sites.
• Maintain records for electrical test equipment, toolkits, and calibrated instruments.
• Inspect materials and ensure compliance with project requirements and calibration needs.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and tooling utilization reporting.
