ApTask is looking for a Buyer II – Tooling in Merritt Island, Florida, responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers for tooling and manufacturing equipment in aerospace production. This role involves negotiating contracts, managing the procurement lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing tooling, manufacturing equipment, fixtures, capital equipment, or industrial services.
• Experience negotiating contracts and purchase orders.
• Knowledge of supplier management and procurement best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage supplier relationships supporting tooling, manufacturing equipment, and production support requirements.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, conduct price analyses, and develop negotiation strategies.
• Negotiate and administer purchase orders and long-term agreements.
