Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in tool coordination or manufacturing support.
• Travel up to 10%.
• Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday; overtime may be required; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to tool ordering/fulfillment, deliveries and returns.
• Provide tooling repair process support.
• Oversee scheduling and planning of shipments with third-party vendors.
• Address shipping issues as they arise.
• Identify item locations and tagging.
• Monitor inventory levels to min/max.
• Attend meetings as required by supervisor.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety/compliance.
• Support quality control of tooling fleet; refurbish damaged tools.
• Manage calibration dates for calibrated tools.
• Oversee forklift, MEWP, and rented tools handling.
• Coordinate maintenance visits with 3rd party vendors.
• Perform other related duties; operate equipment in facility.
