Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related engineering field or equivalent experience in tooling and mold development.
• Experience leading Tooling Engineering and Toolroom management.
• Proficiency with 3D drafting software and simulation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tooling Engineering and Toolroom operations to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Lead tooling projects, tool design improvements, and maintenance scheduling.
• Mentor engineers and staff, manage PM programs and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with NPD and other departments to ensure manufacturability and documented tooling specs.
