Job summary

Jobot seeks a Tooling Engineer in Green Bay to build and refine tooling for ductile iron casting programs using SolidWorks and MAGMA simulations. You will own yield improvements and lead continuous improvement across the casting process while partnering with customers and account managers on new product development.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in engineering and 2+ years of hands-on CAD, blueprint reading, and DFx experience, with manufacturing know-how in foundry, tooling

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field (bachelor's preferred).
• Two or more years hands-on CAD modeling, blueprint reading and DFx.
• Manufacturing background in foundry, tooling design, casting simulation or CNC machining is a strong plus.
• Strong problem solver who communicates well across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine tooling using SolidWorks for ductile iron casting programs.
• Run MAGMA casting simulations to validate designs before production.
• Own yield improvement and continuous improvement across the casting process.
• Partner with customers and account managers on new product development.
• Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish.
• Bring new technology and process improvements into the operation.
