Qualifications

• Manufacturing background required; foundry, tooling design, casting simulation or CNC machining is a strong plus.
• Strong problem solver who communicates well and works across teams easily.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine tooling using SolidWorks in support of ductile iron casting programs.
• Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate designs before they hit the floor.
• Own yield improvement and continuous improvement work across the casting process.
• Partner directly with customers and account managers on new product development.
• Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish.
• Bring new technology and process improvements into the operation.
