Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Tooling Engineer with SolidWorks, MAGMA casting experience, and a strong background in ductile iron tooling. You will build tooling, run simulations, drive yield improvements, and collaborate with customers on new product development.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in engineering and 2+ years in CAD, blueprint reading, and manufacturability. Foundry, tooling design, or CNC experience is a plus in our manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Two+ years hands-on CAD modeling, blueprint reading and DFM experience.
• Manufacturing background required; foundry, tooling design, casting simulation or CNC machining experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine tooling using SolidWorks in support of ductile iron casting programs.
• Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate designs before they hit the floor.
• Own yield improvement and continuous improvement work across the casting process.
• Partner directly with customers and account managers on new product development.
• Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish.
• Bring new technology and process improvements into the operation.

What we're looking for

• Associate degree in engineering or a related field, bachelor's preferred

• Strong problem solver who communicates well and works across teams easily
