Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in tooling or molding engineering, preferably injection molding.
• Hands-on mold design, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and improve injection molds, dies, fixtures, and tooling using CAD.
• Support tooling quotes and feasibility analyses; coordinate with tool shops and vendors to meet cost targets.
• Develop and optimize molding processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot molding defects and tooling issues; implement corrective actions.
• Plan and execute mold trials and validation runs; support production launch readiness.
• Establish and control process parameters, documentation, and safety/quality standards.
• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance; analyze wear, downtime, and drive improvements.
• Lead tooling-related projects end-to-end with timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates.
