You will lead mold projects, review designs, and support toolroom and molding operations, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to drive product innovation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background in injection molding and high-cavitation molds.
• Experience leading tooling, mold-building and process-improvement projects; CAD/SolidWorks proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead quoting for new product launches, tooling projects, and manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage mold build projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Review mold designs and provide recommendations on design, materials, manufacturability and performance.
• Provide engineering support to toolroom and molding operations; troubleshoot tooling and production issues.
• Design, implement, and optimize tooling solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on product quality and cost reduction.
• Participate in product design reviews, mold design reviews, and production readiness.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, suppliers and vendors.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and tooling issues while supporting corrective actions.
