Nemak USA, Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Tooling Engineer to lead development, design, build and maintenance schedules for HPDC tooling. You will handle CAD, simulation analysis and advanced troubleshooting, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to meet production targets.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience, CAD proficiency, and strong communication with attention to detail. You will contribute to budgets, PPAP and manufacturing acceptance activities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in CAD.
• Experience with flow simulation software desirable but not required.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Monitor downtime and dimensional data to design solutions for uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve filling, thermal balance, venting, cost and die life.
• Create, modify and maintain revision control of tool CAD, prints and spare parts.
• Manage quoting, procurement, costs, tool build, cavity replacement and other die components; lead design reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
