Job summary

Donatech Corporation seeks an Engineer Tool 2 to design industrial machinery, tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures and attachments for production and experimental use. You will interpret drawings, support tool build and prove-out, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers to resolve shop-floor tooling issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience with tooling development, CAD, and cross-functional coordination to meet schedules and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and tooling development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities to meet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Designs industrial machinery and equipment, tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and machine attachments for production or experimental use, considering accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements.
• Support tool build and prove-out, coordinating with Manufacturing/Quality/Suppliers and troubleshooting shop-floor tooling issues.
