Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on manufacturing or tooling engineering required.
• Strong CNC programming and CAM software experience.
• Understanding of CNC machining, tools, blueprints, and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software.
• Improve machining processes, tooling selection, and production efficiency.
• Support CNC program prove-outs, troubleshooting, and manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Assist with new CNC equipment installation and implementation.
• Collaborate with machinists and production teams to solve technical challenges.
