Job summary

MOHR Talent in Souderton, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on CAM programming experience to improve production processes and help bring new equipment online. You’ll take projects from 3D models through CNC programming and production, work directly with seasoned machinists, and implement practical shop-floor improvements.

This full-time, onsite role offers a day schedule and a competitive base salary of $90,000 to $115,000, plus medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience creating CAM programs from 3D models and testing them on CNC equipment.
• Experience developing manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Knowledge of machining, tooling, fixturing, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Availability to work onsite in Souderton, PA.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CAM programs and support CNC setup, testing, and prove-out.
• Develop clear work instructions, setup sheets, and repeatable manufacturing methods.
• Troubleshoot production issues with machinists, operators, and quality personnel.
• Improve tooling, fixtures, part quality, and production efficiency.
• Support new equipment implementation and machining and molding operations.
