Location: Souderton, PA | On-Site Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually Employment: Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible Day Shift

We're partnering with an established industrial manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Tooling Engineer with strong CNC programming, CAM software, and manufacturing process improvement experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of machining processes, optimize tooling and production efficiency, and support the implementation of new CNC equipment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
