Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Catia design experience with high proficiency in 3D modeling.
• Familiarity with ANSI and ISO detailed drawing requirements.
• Knowledge of casting, stamping, and turned components design.
• GD&T knowledge and ability to apply rules to drawings.
• Strong writing and communication of technical details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and fabrication requirements for tools and fixtures with customers.
• Coordinate, develop & execute test plans.
• Develop & evaluate process improvements.
• Assist Product Development Team with manufacturability and validate process/technology.
• Develop manufacturing processes, plans, and procedures for fabrication of tools and equipment.
• Manage all phases of project: design, document, fabricate, assemble, and validate.
