Job summary

Torrey Holistics on the Marysville shop floor seeks a production tooling specialist to design, fabricate, and deploy tooling, gages, and fixtures that improve quality and throughput. You will read specifications, set up and operate machine tools, service tooling (strip-down, cleaning, lubrication, rebuilds), and track tool performance.

• Experience designing and deploying production tooling, gages, and fixtures.
• Ability to read and analyze specifications and set up machine tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and deploy production tooling, gages, and fixtures.
• Track tool performance and plan repairs or upgrades.
• Service and repair tooling: strip-down, cleaning, lubrication, rebuilds.
• Read specifications; set up and operate machine tools.
• Maintain and improve tooling and fixtures; manage purchasing with hands-on work.
• Ensure standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Document work and communicate with other departments.
