The expected annual salary range for this role is $80250.03- $117700.04a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
As a Tooling Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, constructing, and maintaining tooling used in our manufacturing process. You will supervise and develop our Tool and Die Department, promoting a culture of quality, Lean implementation, and continuous improvement to drive change. Building upon previous successes this role will take our Tool and Die team to the next level. Collaborate with cross function teams and department leaders to support the creation and implementation of manufacturing strategies, which will lead to improvements in employee safety, quality performance, product delivery, and reductions in product/process variation.
