Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and build production tooling, jigs, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
• Create and refine tooling designs using sketches and CAD to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Diagnose tooling issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Train and support operators on proper setup and use of tooling and equipment.
• Track and document tooling performance, maintenance history, and critical setup parameters.
