Job summary

Randstad USA in Chilton, Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to troubleshoot draw press tooling and fixtures, design tooling, and manage tooling records. The role requires strong CAD skills and problem-solving abilities in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of manufacturing engineering experience, proficient with CAD, Solidworks, AutoCAD, analytical skills and problem skills

Responsibilities

• Assists in troubleshooting draw press and draw press tooling.
• Designs/develops production draw press tooling and fixturing.
• Manages engineering tooling records.
• Provides technical assistance to production support in day to day production problem resolution.
• Manages production improvement projects, tool design and procurement and installation of capital equipment.
