Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issues and receives all tools/consumables to students and faculty
• Verify all tools are accounted for before and after each shift
• Notify instructors and the supervisor of discrepancies in the check-in/out process
• Maintain all tools in working order, repair and service broken/worn tools, replace nonfunctional items
• Assist with requisitioning and acquiring new tools and equipment
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records
• Keep the tool room clean and well-organized at all times
• Responsible for shipping and receiving inventory, equipment, and consumables
• Maintain effective loss prevention systems to safeguard assets
• Other duties as assigned
