Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven analytical and numeric skill with strong data interpretation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ERP software.
• Experience using construction/ERP tools (Viewpoint, Procore, SAP, Spectrum).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Issue/return tools; verify condition, charge-out to jobs, and maintain records.
• Receive, label, kit, and stage for jobs; support launches.
• Communicate with field teams to ensure timely tool support and align with jobsite needs.
• Support cycle counts; maintain min/max levels for tools and consumables.
• Coordinate repairs and calibration with the tool mechanic.
• Support test and prep tools; manage power cords and chargers.
• Maintain tool room/yard organization, signage, and safety compliance.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely to move tools and materials.
• Support equipment reservations, deliveries/pickups, and tool room workflow.
• Assist with continuous improvement, standard work, and visual management.
