Turtle seeks a Tool Room Attendant/Vending Specialist to manage and issue tools and supplies at the client site. The role supports inventory control, cycle counting, and maintenance coordination for a production crib on site.

This 3rd shift position runs Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 6am. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, strong customer service, and experience with inventory systems.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience operating supply cribs and related inventory systems.
• Professional phone demeanor.
• Experience with computer managed inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools and equipment.
• Replenish stocked vending machines and maintain inventory.
• Cycle counting and tagging of tools/equipment.
• Identify cost savings initiatives and assist with maintenance planning.
• Deliver tools and equipment to workers as needed.
• Inspect tools/equipment for defects and report issues.

About the Role

The Tool Room Attendant/Vending Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and issuing the tools and supplies used in the production supply crib located on the site of our client.

This is a 3rd shift position, Sunday thru Thursday, 10pm - 6am.

What You'll Do

• Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools and equipment and requisitions stock to replenish inventory
• Responsible for replenishment and maintenance of stocked vending machines.
• Cycle counting
• Mark and identify tools and equipment, using identification tag, stamp, or electric marking tool
• General housekeeping
• Inventory management of tools and equipment
• Coordinate customer needs
• Identify cost savings initiatives
• Delivers tools, equipment or product to workers, manually or using hand truck
• Assist with optimizing scheduled maintenance operations to reduce breakdowns
• Inspect and measure tools and equipment for defects and wear and report damage or wear to supervisor

What You'll Bring

• Mechanical or Industrial background preferred
• Experience working with maintenance and manufacturing personnel is a plus
