Our team of employee-owners utilizes innovative technology and optimized procedures to enhance safety, productivity, profit margins, and cost-efficiency.

This role involves performing tasks such as checking out, tracking, receiving, inspecting, repairing, and storing various tools and equipment. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Check out tools upon request.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industrial-grade tools.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and computer entries to track tools effectively.
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
  • Organize and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, or color.
  • Inspect tools upon return, tag faulty tools, and send them for repair.
  • Restock returned tools that do not require maintenance or repair.
  • Perform minor repairs or maintenance on tools and maintain a clean work area.
  • Distribute disposable products, such as cleaning fluids and paints, upon request.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an industrial setting required.

Must pass a drug screening as a condition of employment.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week (5/8's). No per diem offered.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Austin cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship for employment visas.
