Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking highly motivated Repair Technicians at our Factory Service Centers to diagnose and repair Milwaukee Tool products, ensuring safety and reliability while delivering excellent customer support. Under the Factory Service Center Branch Manager, you will work hands-on with electrical and mechanical systems and maintain accurate service records.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years repair experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with hand/power

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of electrical and/or mechanical repair experience preferred.
1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy materials up to 300 lbs.
Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Strong English communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair Milwaukee Tool products to ensure safe operation.
Disassemble units, locate issues, and replace worn parts per instructions.
Maintain records for billing and warranty data.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Coordinate with service branches to support field sales and product development.
Follow 6S and safety guidelines; ensure inventory is accurate.
