Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in repairs.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create repair quotes promptly based on customer requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, documenting findings.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools ensuring full functionality.
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs timely.
• Communicate with customers to provide status updates.
