Atlas Copco in Louisville, KY seeks a hands-on Bench Repair Technician to perform in-house repairs and calibrations on a range of Atlas Copco tools. You will diagnose issues, disassemble and reassemble equipment, document findings, and ensure each tool meets quality standards before returning to customers.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role follows a 4x10-hour on-site schedule at our Louisville facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findings.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service.
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updates.

We're seeking a Bench Repair Technician who is hands-on, technically minded, and passionate about solving problems. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing in-house repairs and calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service excellence. It's an ideal position for someone who enjoys dismantling equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring precision in every repair.

This role reports directly to the Depot Manager and offers a 4 10-hour days on-site schedule based out of our Louisville, KY facility.
