The role reports to the Depot Manager and features a 4x10-hour on-site schedule. You will diagnose issues, disassemble and repair equipment, document findings, and communicate progress to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Strong communication across an organization at all levels.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook and Teams).
• High attention to detail and commitment to precise work.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Create repair quotes based on customer requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tool issues and document findings.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after service.
• Order and track parts needed to complete repairs promptly.
• Communicate with customers to gather details and provide status updates.
